I Pray You Hit Rock Bottom

In this episode

I wrote myself this poem during the most difficult time of my life.

It’s also a prayer I wrote just for you.

In today’s short episode, I’m sharing a poem I wrote to myself during one of the most difficult times of my life.  A time where I’d been holding on so tightly to the life I’d consciously created and it all came crashing down around me. This poem helped me through the darkest of times, and later appeared in my first book, Light Is the New Black.

In this episode, I share it with you – praying it too can help you connect with the wisdom and hope available to us when we are sent spiralling through the difficult edges of life.  In the moments of darkness, it is easier to see the light. Surrender, and you will see it…

“Surrendering to the rock bottom and finding a depth in the ground that I didn’t know was there was, ironically, incredibly liberating.”
