A special meditation to return to center
All I’ve wanted to do lately is be in my garden.
The flowers are starting to come out and I’ve become completely obsessed with lilac. I wish I could share the scent with you.
I bought 15 new roses and 20 new herbs, and my body is that good kind of tired from planting them yesterday.
I’ve also been doing a lot of heavy-duty weeding. And honestly, it’s been the best therapy I’ve ever had.
There’s something about getting right to the root. Feeling what’s actually there beneath the surface. Pulling it out fully. It’s strangely satisfying. Clarifying.
As I’ve been doing it, I’ve been seeing so clearly what in my own life needs to go. And what systems are crumbling and are not meant to stay for this next phase.
I’m in a season of big midlife shifts. And the garden is showing me where I’ve been living at the speed of the soul, and where I need to return to the pace of the body.
Nature always does this. It brings things back to what’s real. To what matters. To what’s actually sustainable. It returns me to myself.
If you’re craving more simplicity in your life, I’ve created a meditation for you. A space to slow down. To clear the noise. To come back to what’s real. A space to remember the quiet power of letting it be simple.
Love,
Rebecca xo
