Sacred smoke & morning chants 🌿🔥

For many years, I showed up to the same meditation practice every day. It held me and shaped my life in profound ways. Eventually, that cycle completed.

In the years that followed, as life changed, I was drawn to other practices that supported me in different ways (hello babies and nervous system regulation and ancestral healing and herbalism training amongst other things).

Recently, though, I’ve felt a clear pull toward something deeper: a regular, consistent potent devotional practice to hold who I am now.

My word for 2026 is DEVOTION. And when I did my goals for the year, I was surprised that there was really only one real goal that I have…

To choose a new deeper devotional practice and show up in a non-negotiable way every single day.

I spent a few days designing my new daily practice and I love it so much!

I start by putting on this chant to the Great Mother while saining my space (Celtic practice of sacred smoke). Then I sit in my comfy rocking chair and do a Kali chant 108 times to clear away anything that is not for me with the intention of aligning to the highest timeline and bone truth of my soul’s path.

I’m committed to do it for 108 days to start.

I did a spontaneous thing and turned on the camera during my practice the other morning and shared it on YouTube, if you’d like to practice alongside me – you can watch it on YouTube here.

I may also go live from time to time. If that feels supportive and you want to practice with me, you can subscribe to my channel here.
