The Meaning Crisis: Why Life Feels Empty (Even When It’s Full)

There’s a quiet ache many of us are living with. Sometimes it’s loud. Sometimes it’s barely noticeable. But it’s there.

A sense that something essential is missing, even when life looks full on the outside. In my newest YouTube release, I speak about what I’ve been noticing in my own life and in the people I work with.

It’s a growing sense of disconnection, not because something is wrong with us, but because many of the ways we once held meaning have quietly disappeared.

We’ve been taught to keep going. To optimise. To stay in bloom all year round.

But life doesn’t move like that. There is an intelligence moving through all of life. A rhythm. A pulse. And when we fall out of relationship with it, we begin to feel it.

How do we come back into relationship with that rhythm, with ourselves, and with the living world? It starts with understanding The Meaning Crisis and what led us here.

If you can feel this too, watch the full video here.
